These Communication Terms & Conditions explain how NuArch Smile may contact you after you provide your contact information through our website, consultation form, eligibility quiz, or another opt-in method. They apply to emails, telephone calls, SMS text messages, and MMS messages sent by or on behalf of NuArch Smile.

Your Consent

When you submit a form and provide the requested consent, you authorize NuArch Smile to contact you at the email address and telephone number you provided regarding your inquiry. Communications may include information about your quiz result, treatment options, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, follow-up, educational information, and promotional or marketing messages.

SMS Messaging Program

The NuArch Smile messaging program may send recurring SMS or MMS messages about your inquiry, consultation, appointments, treatment information, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

• Opt out: Reply STOP to any text message to cancel. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your device, wireless coverage, or carrier service.
